At Aangans, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality, handcrafted furniture and décor. However, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.
Damage During Delivery or Wrong Item Received
- You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Share clear digital photos and a video showing the issue.

Replacement Process
- Our support team will respond with return instructions.
- We will arrange a return pick-up through our trusted logistics partner.
- Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched within 15 days.
Return Conditions
All returned products must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Packed with original materials, tags, invoice, courier slip, etc.
Please retain the original packaging until your return period is over. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for safe and secure repacking.
Important Notes
- Customers must inform us of any return or refund request within 24 hours of delivery.
- Replacement is offered only for damaged or incorrect items.
- If a suitable replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued at our discretion.
Refund Policy
As most of our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or non-damage reasons.
Refunds are considered only if:
- The product is received with irreparable damage, and
- A suitable replacement is not possible.
In such cases:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection.

Our products are photographed under professional lighting. Actual product color/texture may vary slightly due to:
- Lighting conditions at your home
- Device screen settings
- Natural variations in wood and fabric
Minor differences do not qualify as defects or valid reasons for return.
Delivery Damage Protocol
- Inspect the package at delivery in the presence of the courier.
- If the box appears damaged, note “PENDING INSPECTION” or “DAMAGED” on the delivery slip.
- Record a video while unboxing for clarity in case of disputes.
